VI(Volatility Interruption) is triggered by abnormally deicided trading price exceeding specific threshold, which determined by the VI base price. So, Volatility Interruption message, published by exchange, contains its type(activate/de-activate) code, base price, and triggered price. That information will also includes VI time period of triggering, changing, and releasing.

To Update Volatility Interruption (K09) from Admin UI -> Event Control, then select Update Volatility Interruption (K09)

To specify the scope of interruption. From Update Volatility Interruption (K09) window, select Market, Board , Symbol and the left thing you want to apply.
